This was our second photo/video session with Kate (her first is on WPW 687, and two later ones on WPW 742 and WPW 765) and this one contains two contest shape sessions and one in strong off season shape. We had a very short session with her at the time of the 2006 Nationals and a half hour more at the 2007 Masters Nationals when she was very defined and lean at 5'4" 150 pounds. After those two shows she was bulking up for an upcoming powerlifting meet and at 172 pounds she was in very strong lifting shape. Her gymwork here was one of the most impressive, if not the most impressive lifting scenes we had ever tapes, which included benching 275 pounds for reps, very heavy dumbbell work which included dumbbell rows with 190 pounds for reps. Lots of posing then in several bikinis and many dress items. Some of the posing scenes were taken in New Castle, Delaware, where we had taped Diana Dennis about 20 years prior to this! Interview also included. Combining contest shape posing, off season posing and her good looks, she was perhaps the most impressive woman of that time- what else could be said?

We met Nancy at the 2007 Jan Tana Contest where she won the overall title for the Amateur Figure event. This photo/video session was done later in 2007 when she was in off season shape but the very attractive figure model still showed good figure muscularity, particularly in her back and thighs, and she also has great calves. She never posed 'bodybuilding style' before but caught on quickly and hit the shots like a pro in her bikini and a few dresses. The 5'1" 125 pounder started off doing reps in the gym but finished off doing some very impressive curls. Her posing footage from the Tana contest and an interview are also included- hard to believe this young looking New Jerseyite was 41 years old here?!?
