We met Trudy at the 2001 Jr. USA and have had full photo/video sessions with her about every other year. We had 2 photo/video sessions with her for this release, in top contest shape at the 2007 Masters Nationals then a short time later when in off-season shape- which for her means an extra 10 pounds (165 pounds vs. 155), but virtually the same amount of leanness and definition. Trudy hits all the shots in two bikinis and several dresses, but didn't do any gym work this time.
