The very young looking 48 year old is from California and mentioned that she is friends with late 80s bodybuilding star, Rene Casella. Tracy entered the 2007 Team Universe, winning the heavy and overall, allowing her to turn IFBB pro. At 5'6" 140 pounds, she was not ripped here, but shows a thick off-season look, featuring impressive biceps, good looks and beautiful long blonde hair. She hits the shots in black tites/pink top and a black dress.
