This session was from March 1986 and she appears to be just a bit off top contest shape, though it is hard to tell as she has a terrific six-pack here in the bikini shots. Mishay also poses in a dress and a one-piece, photos by Barry Brooks. Mishay was one of the more popular bodybuilders of the mid-80's, and we had several photo/video sessions with her at her peak. During the early era of the sport, perhaps up to about 1987 or so, most of the better women had upper bodies that were usually way more impressive than their legs. Diana Dennis, for one, became one of the earlier women who was known more for her lower body than upper, and this is true for Mishay as well- her upper body was very impressive.
