We only spent a short amount of time with Mara (HER session will be in November), but we have some nice shots of her off-season, posing in a purple thong bikini and a black mini skirt/red top. Emphasis on upper body shots, particulary very good biceps and back, as the upper body was more defined. We had a great tandem session with top IFBB pro Joanna Thomas and Mara Brescia, who is a top NPC amateur. Most of the work was done with Joanna, but Mara worked in for the gymwork (one of our 'contests', where the women do as many reps as they can for different stations) and we also took some of Mara in a bikini and a dress.
