Three women from across the country are featured here- Lori Adams of Maryland, Heather Tristany of California and Betty Pariso of Texas. All three were in top contest shape at the time of their shows in 1993 and all pose in bikinis, dresses and Lori is interviewed. Lori and Heather had very good regional success in contests and were about to make their marks nationally at this time, but dropped off the scene. Not so for Betty, though: the 1993 Junior Nationals was her first national contest and for once, a great newcomer continued to progress in the sport, winning nationals shows and turning pro. Since that time, Betty has become one of the top 5 women bodybuilders ever, competing at a very high level as recently as 2009.
