Liz was a top local/regional NYC-area competitor in the late 80s, but like so many others, she came and went before she had a chance to move on to national shows. We had two sessions with Liz in 1988- in contest shape, then again with about 10 extra pounds at 135. Liz poses in many outfits, including in a silver dress, where one photo made the cover of the WPW print magazine (for this footage, we used a camcorder, but nearly all the other scenes were taped with our pro equipment). When in contest shape, Liz shows off a well balanced and defined physique, and is only a bit smoother when off season. In addition to being streamed here, the original Video 103 is now back in catalogue and available as a DVD as well.
