Kathy is in contest shape, posing in a green dress- emphasis on upper body, but with some good shots of lower body in the heels. For this third video session, we had two separate tapings in 2008- off season (5'3" 150 pounds) in June, then a few pounds leaner for her contest shape taping at the time of the 2008 Masters Nationals about 2 months later. she won her class in the '08 Masters Over 45, and was second in the Masters Over 35- the 48 year old seems to be getting better with age!
