Joan was up for the 1989 Women's Extravaganza Strength Contest when we had our 'off-season' session with her. She is shown hitting the shots in a one-piece swimsuit and three dress items, showing off more size but still pretty lean. Joan was competing successfully in Florida before hitting the national scene in 1989, when we first met her and had our only two photo/video sessions with her. We had two sessions that year- in top contest shape in August 1989, then in very strong off-season shape in October. We are posting these great black and whites of her so you can not only see the photos but also to announce that her long out of catalogue WPW Video 149 is now available as a DVD. The DVD features posing from both sessions, very heavy gymwork and interview.
