Janice hits the shots in her bikini, in the gym and several dress items in great shape, particularly her upper body which has muscle size and is chiseled. Something happened at the 1987 NPC Nationals that will probably never happen again- two sisters won their classes in the same show- Janice won the heavyweight class and her sister Charla Sedacca won the middleweight and overall.
