Helena works out in the gym and hits the shots in grey shorts/purple halter, then for something different, we have some good photos of her kicking and punching the heavy bag and punching bag. We met Helena at the 2004 Jr. USA and have already posted our photo/video work done with her at that time. We wanted to do some more work with her when she had some extra size on, so in October we drove down to the Annapolis, Maryland area and at 144 pounds, she was about 10 pounds heavier than when in contest shape, at 5'4".
