Colleen looks incredible for 49 years of age as she poses in two great looking dresses- a black skirt/halter, then a white dress. We have some nice photos of her calves/thighs in the heels, but photo emphasis is on her even more chiseled upper body, including terrific triceps, chest and bicep shots. Colleen lives in eastern Pennsylvania and has been competing in that area, and a few nationals shows for the past few years, including a 2nd placement in her class in the 2007 Jr Nationals and a 6th in 2008. For this session, Colleen checked in at a leanly-defined 5'5" 124 pounds, and the young looking 49 year old showed off some real strength and endurance in the gym during her tandem gym workout with her friend, Briana Tracey. The two women had a gym-challenge during the video, sort of like an Extravaganza strength show, where each woman did as many reps with her bodyweight as possible- chins, curls, bench pressing and many more.
