We have had several posting of material for Colette Nelson, and continue to do more work with her as she is good, and local....During the 90s, we knew many women (for example, Sharon Marvel) who were able to get ripped for contests, then get huge off season, yet look great both times. It is harder to find women now who gain that much weight in the off season, but Colette promised she would be about 190 pounds (at 55") this winter for another shooting. For now, though, we got her in contest shape at the time of the 2003 US Championships, defined at 155 pounds. She is not only one of the top amateurs in the sport today (just missing pro status at least 3 times, winning her heavy class at previous US Championships, but not the "overall", but is also one of the most photogenic.
