In the mid-1990s a great back/glute shot appeared in one of the national muscle magazines and we were asked repeatedly about doing photo/video work with this former Olympic track athlete and Gladiator star. That never came off, but enter one of our free-lance photo/videographers, Tony Duffy, who had been doing photo and video work with Sha-ri almost every year from about 1987 through 1999. None of this material was ever intended for commercial release, but after viewing it we were sure there would be a lot of interest in seeing this incredible athlete's muscularity progress over a 10+ year span. The video is divided into 16 scenes, identified by year, and features a variety of footage- plenty of muscle posing in swimsuits and other outfits, running and sprinting scenes on the track, some great gymwork and her posing routine in the only contest she entered. In the gym she did effortless incline benches with 225 pounds and very deep squats with 315 pounds. Note again that the earliest footage was not intended to be viewed on a video, as it is not up to our quality standards when we had our better equipment, but the bulk of the later footage in the gym is fine and we are sure you will enjoy watching this famous and beautiful athlete in action!
