This release features an hour with the multi-Ms.Olympia Champ, Lenda Murray, about 40 minutes with Carol Mock and 15 minutes with Adrienne. The work with Lenda was done at the time of her big win at the 1989 Junior Nationals, where her career was put in motion. She was in incredible shape and hit the shots in swimsuits and dresses, and was interviewed. The work with Carol and Adrienne was taken from older titles and used here to fill out this release: Carol was in very top shape also and posed in bikini, dresses, and was interviewed. Adrienne was a top New York City bodybuilder, and we had a short, impromptu session with her in the mid-80s, using camcorder.
